Registration fees

For ICOM members – 50 Euros

For non-members of ICOM – 100 Euros

Students – 25 Euros

Accompanying persons - 100 Euros

Speaker – Free (Speaker could register after the decision of the Program committee and inclusion of his/her paper in the program of the conference)

You can pay the registration fee during the registration procedure or after, using your account page.

Registration fee includes: participation in sessions (not for accompanying persons), working materials, welcome party, farewell party, coffee-breaks and cultural program.

Dear Participants!

Please be informed that the number of seats and conference materials strictly limited: only 350 participants will be able to attend the event.
For guarantee to take part in the conference "Museums and Politics" and get the post-materials. You need to pay the registration fee before 1 September 2014.
Participants, who have not paid the fee before the deadline, will be able to take participation in the Congress only after preliminary registration on the conference website.
Your registration fee you can pay on the spot, at registration desk on the conference.

Speakers are exempt from registration fee!

The registration fee on the spot will be increased by 20 % (in connection with the need to pay additional Bank fee) and will be:

- For members of ICOM 60 Euro
- For specialists who are not members of ICOM 120 Euro
- For students 30 Euro
- For accompanying persons 120 Euro

The Conference participation cancelling is accepted only in writing provided that the registration fee have been paid, via e-mail: , as per the sample. The money refund is performed during 7 banking days since the moment of the submission of cancellation application.

Payment method:

Step 1:

Log in into the on-line registration system, using the login and password that was sent to your e-mail account after completion of the registration process. Select the services that you wish to pay for by marking the box. You can pay for everything in one go or you can pay for one service at a time.

Step 2:

Select a method of payment. There are two payment methods available.

Payment by Bank Transfers:

Select the ‘payment by bank transfer’ option from the drop down menu. The invoice will be generated automatically based on your personal details provided by the registration form. Then take the invoice to your nearest bank and make a payment. Once the payment is done, please send a copy of the payment order to Secretariat support of the Congress either by fax: + 7 (495) 960-21-91 or by e-mail Once the transaction has been completed, a confirmation voucher will be sent to you.

The receipt will be handed to you at the registration desk at the Conference.

Internet Payment:

For the Internet payments «CTO EVENTS» uses Acquiropay as the secure credit card Internet payment system. Acquiropay e-payment system uses SSL-connection, making your purchase safe on-line. If you have chosen an Internet payment option simply follow the steps of instruction.
